Full time, fixed term until November 2026 Be valued for your exceptional communication skills Base Salary $103,185 + 17% superannuation About the opportunity The University of Sydney is seeking a skilled Senior Digital Content Officer to join the Education and Students Portfolio. In this role, you’ll lead the development and delivery of high-quality, audience-driven digital content for current students across key platforms including the student website and portal and app. You’ll play a vital role in aligning content with university strategy, brand, and best practice, while supporting staff across the institution with expert guidance on digital communications. Your key responsibilities will be to: work closely with the Manager, Digital Experience and Communications, portal team and stakeholders across the university develop and maintain engaging content for student-facing digital channels ensure consistency and alignment with University web principles and editorial guidelines manage day-to-day content updates and support digital channel operations use analytics to inform content strategy and recommend improvements advise staff on communication and publishing best practice. About you tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of training and experience experience managing digital content in a large, complex organisation demonstrated ability to implement targeted communication strategies proficiency with content management systems and web publishing tools strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse stakeholder groups.
