Job Description The Global Senior Digital Content Strategist is responsible for driving the development, governance and execution of our customer’s global digital content strategy across the website and broader digital experience. The role ensures consistency, quality and strategic alignment across global teams, business objectives and consumer needs, playing a key part in delivering a seamless and high‑performing digital ecosystem. Skills & Experience Proven experience in digital content strategy within large and complex ecosystems. Strong background in content production and agency/partner management. Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills. Solid understanding of eCommerce best practices, CMS platforms and UX principles. Ability to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously and prioritise effectively. Strong communication skills paired with a collaborative, solution‑oriented approach. Experience in global environments. Qualifications Support the development and execution of the global digital content strategy for the new website. Lead evergreen content creation for the new website in collaboration with the Content Studio. Define and manage content governance, guidelines and best‑practice processes for markets. Coordinate content planning and delivery for global campaigns and product launches. Work closely with Brand, Content Studio, UX, Product and Market teams to ensure aligned content execution. Ensure consistency and quality of content across markets and digital platforms. Monitor performance insights and contribute to continuous optimization efforts.
