Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

The overall responsibility of a Senior Digital Designer is to elevate the visual output of the agency. This includes client work, pitching, marketing and events. This role works closely with the Head of Digital Creative to help grow the design offering of Connective3 by increasing revenue through dedicated design retainers as well as helping secure standalone design-led projects.
As a key member of our creative team, you’ll lead on designs projects across branding, digital PR, social, display, web, and (occasionally) print. You’ll need to be proactive and self-motivated, being able to individually develop concepts and execute them flawlessly, whilst also being a team player working collaboratively and inspiring junior members of the team. From designing storyboards for eye-catching animations to beautifully crafted digital ads, your work will enhance our creative campaigns and make a lasting impact.
The following is a breakdown of your key responsibilities.

Role & Client Deliverables

  • Generate concepts and ideas for design and execution across the following creative services: Branding, Digital PR, Social Media, Display and Web
  • Develop and refine concepts through to final execution
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines while optimizing for user experience and engagement
  • Maintain visual hierarchy, consistency, and clarity across all design work by adhering to best practices and focusing on detail
  • Stay updated on digital design trends, AI tools, and evolving processes
  • Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines while maintaining creative excellence
  • Take ownership of roadmaps, defining key priorities
  • Support and regularly lead client calls and meetings
  • Complete all time-tracking requirements by set deadlines
  • Nurture and mentor junior members of the team
