We’re expanding our Digital Experience team to craft and deliver impactful strategies across customer touchpoints, creating seamless, intuitive, and engaging experiences that drive lasting value. As our Senior Digital Experience Strategist, you will shape our digital future by developing and executing strategies that enhance user engagement, customer satisfaction, and business objectives.
You’ll also steward in-product localization efforts, optimizing workflows for localized experiences, and represent product management on company-wide localization efforts. Collaborating with cross-functional teams like product management, design, marketing, training, and engineering), you’ll ensure our digital experiences are compelling, strategic, and data-driven and support an exceptional customer experience. Success requires a blend of strategic thinking and both technical and tactical execution skills, including leading implementations of new features, testing functionality, and validating changes within product management and localization tools like Pendo, Jira Product Discovery, Smartling, etc. You should be adept at solving ambiguous problems and bridging the gap between strategy and execution.
