The Digital Solutions department is globally responsible for applications architecture, specifying, coding & developing, testing and running Global solutions for Envalior’s Enterprise and other global systems. Support and Lead When It Matters Most – Provide strong team leadership and step in to resolve critical customer escalations. Deliver at Scale, Globally – Build strong, trust-based partnerships with key stakeholders to drive fast, scalable, global delivery. Degree in Applied Computer Sciences and deep knowledge of SCM processes 10+ years in IT within the SCM domain, with strong SAP ERP experience (ECC, IBP, GTS, WM, OTC) Proven leader with a hands-on mindset and strong ownership Solid grasp of information architecture, business processes, and SCM best practices Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and clear, confident communication (English required; German a plus) Inspiring, servant-style leadership with a passion for developing high-performing teams Curious and tech-savvy—keen on innovations like Gen AI, analytics, mobility, and cloud computing Experienced in managing service providers and complex projects under pressure Strategic thinker with strong budgeting, planning, and roadmap development skills WHY ENVALIOR?
