SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

  • 2-4 years of professional, account management experience in a digital marketing-related industry, preferably at an agency.
  • Digital marketing and lead generation expertise
  • Experience with digital marketing channels including search, social media and other lead generation tactics.
  • Ability to track KPIs and analyze performance to provide actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager and analytics tools is a plus.
  • Ability to lead large, cross functional teams and manage integrated marketing strategies.
  • Excellent client-relationship building and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience
  • Management experience is a plus
  • Ability to interface with c-suite and executive clients and to translate technical concepts into client-friendly language.
Responsibilities
  • Cross-functional, digital marketing team management
  • Understand agency services and key responsibilities for cross-functional teams - including performance marketing, analytics, creative, content, UX and dev.
  • Develop data-driven, integrated marketing strategies across all teams to support client objectives.
  • Work with analytics and performance marketing teams to track budgets and develop performance insights and recommendations for clients.
  • Lead internal team huddles, facilitating strategic conversations and team collaboration.
  • Identify any potential team issues and ensure expectations are clear, realistic, and communicated.
  • Client relationship management:
  • Act as the main point of contact and develop strong client relationships with proactive and timely communication.
  • Lead weekly client status meetings.
  • Understand client business and marketing objectives and ensure the client’s needs and requirements are represented during strategy and planning formation.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the agency; communicate client expectations and make sure they are defined and documented to internal teams.
  • Project management
  • Understand and manage client scope and billing process.
  • Delegate across teams for projects, working with internal teams to create clear project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Manage multiple client accounts and projects via project management software (Asana) and oversee all final deliverables.
