We’re in hyper-growth mode (goal: 20x revenue in 12 months) and operate AI-First - AI isn’t a nice-to-have, it’s how we work every day. WHAT YOU'LL DO→ Own creative strategy and execution for a portfolio of DTC supplement brands in US/EU/AU markets.→ Design and operate AI-integrated production workflows: brief → variants → test → data → optimize → scale. Target: 100+ variations/month.→ Read and act on creative performance data weekly: CTR, Hook Rate (>30%), Hold Rate (>50%), Thumbstop Ratio, CPA, ROAS.→ Make kill/iterate/scale decisions based on data - not on “feels right.”→ Build the Creative Playbook and train the team. Work directly with CEO + Performance Marketing Lead. MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS→ AI Skills: You use AI daily (AI Video tools: Sora, Kling, Runway, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, or equivalent) because you chose to - not because someone told you to. It’s a daily habit, not a side experiment.→ Marketing Mindset: You distinguish “looks good” from “converts.” You read CTR, CPA, ROAS, Hook Rate and make decisions based on data, not gut feeling.→ Creative Direction: You can concept, script, select hooks, and understand why people stop scrolling. Portfolio required.→ English: Strong enough for US/EU consumer insights, ad scripts, and copy review. No specific certificate required.→ Growth Mindset: AI changes weekly. You stay ahead of the curve, not behind it. NICE-TO-HAVE→ Industry experience: Supplement, Beauty, Health & Wellness, or DTC E-commerce.→ Video production: Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut Pro, DaVinci Resolve.→ UGC & Direct Response: Experience producing UGC-style DR ads for Meta/TikTok.→ Team leadership: Mentored or led creative team.
