Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing professional to grow the marketing programme at Elliotts – helping to position us as Hampshire’s number one merchant.
As well as driving new customers to www.elliotts.uk or to our network of 13 stores across Hampshire and Dorset – there is even the exciting opportunity to work across multiple sub brands within the Elliotts portfolio: a roofing business accelerating at an incredible pace, a newly acquired window and door manufacturer, plus the inspirational kitchen and bathroom Living Spaces brand, attracting both trade and homeowners alike.
We are a small marketing division, meaning this role offers great variety and the chance to explore a breadth of activities and marketing channels. The right individual will demonstrate their ‘hands-on’ experience in delivering measurable results in a similar environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead paid and organic campaigns across social media, search engines, and display ads, using in-house teams or external agencies.
  • Build and manage automated email campaigns using our new platform, driving personalised, results-focused communications.
  • Manage social channels, create and schedule content, grow audience engagement, and tell compelling brand stories.
  • Apply SEO best practices to boost rankings and visibility through keyword research, meta tags, and content improvements.
  • Update web content, create high-performing landing, category, and brand pages to improve UX and conversions.
  • Work closely with teams across Branch, Commercial, Operations, Digital, and HR.
  • Support the roll out of activities such as local events and exhibitions, in-store promotions, radio, outdoor advertising, sponsorship, member-get-member, directories, local advertising, etc.
