    We are searching for a results-driven marketeer who thrives in a Pay Per Click environment to join forward-thinking organisation as a Senior Digital Marketing Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our client’s paid search/media strategy with the aim of generating qualified inbound leads for the sales team, ensuring a successful return on investment.
    Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must have a permanent and unrestricted Right to Work in the UK, residing within a commutable distance to Leeds. Please note that our client cannot offer visa sponsorship.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 3+ years proven experience managing large global PPC budgets (£20k+ monthly) with demonstrable ROI.
  • Experience in optimising campaigns for B2B lead generation within a competitive market.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience of Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager and Search Console.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads platform, including search, display and remarketing campaigns.
  • Experience with Microsoft Advertising and other paid channels.
  • Proficiency with SEM tools like SEMrush for keyword research and competitive analysis.
  • Experience developing and optimising landing pages for conversion using platforms like Unbounce & Dudo.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Experience with attribution modelling and closed-loop reporting.
  • Knowledge of PPC within multiple geographic markets.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and statistical significance.
  • Experience managing and prioritising campaigns across multiple products and business units.

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of our client’s PPC strategy across the UK, US and Canadian markets, managing campaigns to drive qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Optimise campaign performance through A/B testing, bid management and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Develop captivating landing pages, aiming to convert search traffic into qualified sales.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer plans and ensure campaigns are aligned with business challenges.
  • Effectively managing budgets to maximise ROI and lead quality within the monthly global PPC budget.
  • Implement advanced attribution models that accurately track campaign performance from click to close.
  • Reporting on key metrics including CAC, lead quality scores and conversion rates.
