• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting
• Proven experience managing and executing digital marketing campaigns
• Strong knowledge of full funnel digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, e-commerce platforms and analytic tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members
• Strong understanding of performance and non performance marketing strategies
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing and mentoring junior team members is a plus

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, who will work with a plethora of clients. The ideal candidate will be a highly adaptable marketing specialist with a can-do attitude. As the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, such as SEM, email marketing, Meta ads, display advertising and more.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with clients’ business objectives and target audience.
• Lead digital advertising campaigns, including paid search, social media advertising, display advertising, influencer marketing, content marketing, and other mix of digital marketing channels.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify new opportunities for clients
• Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, analytics, and reporting to ensure KPI and ROI are achieved across all clienteles.
• Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and training as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, account management, and technology, to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction
• Develop strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all digital marketing-related matters
