JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies. This individual will be responsible for overseeing digital marketing, brand management, product marketing, market research, and professional services marketing. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the market, a creative mindset, and the ability to lead and inspire a team. This role will manage at least two employees assigned to support digital campaigns and content.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead digital marketing efforts: Manage and optimize digital campaigns across various platforms, including website, social media, search engines, and email marketing. Develop strategies for SEO/SEM, PPC campaigns, content marketing, influencer partnerships, and online advertising to increase brand visibility and engagement. Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates to improve digital performance. Develop and manage automated campaigns, including email workflows, lead generation, and customer segmentation. Analyze performance data to optimize and personalize marketing efforts.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies: Create comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company’s objectives and drive growth. This includes developing multi-channel marketing campaigns, identifying target audience segments, crafting compelling messaging, and optimizing campaigns for maximum impact. Ensure strategies are flexible to adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences.
  • Performance tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed. Utilize data analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance, customer engagement, and ROI. Implement regular performance reviews and reporting processes to

ensure transparency and accountability. Develop benchmarks and set performance targets to drive continuous improvement.

  • Stakeholder communication: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
  • Team leadership: Mentor and guide a team of marketing professionals to achieve their goals and foster a collaborative work environment. Develop leadership skills within the team by providing coaching, training, and growth opportunities. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and the sharing of best practices. Evaluate team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies for team development and retention.

REQUIRED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in business strategy are preferred.
Experience and/or Training Seven year’s experience in marketing, business development or business strategy.
Licenses/Certificates Driver’s license
Technology/Equipment Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Experience with D365, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM databases, Canva, or business strategy tools and platforms.
