QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in online marketing, within fashion and/or retail experience
  • Proven track record of working in a sales/driven commercial trading environment
  • Budgeting and forecasting experience
  • Very strong in SEM marketing and SEM marketing tools
  • Excellent knowledge of web analytics (Google Analytics) and AdWords
  • Line management experience
  • Expert in excel, word, PowerPoint
  • Good copywriting for web skills
  • Strong awareness of best practice and competitor activity
  • Experience organising and undertaking user interviews and focus groups for requirement gathering and/or user testing is very desirable
  • Knowledge of what is possible in user interfaces, across devices, both in technical terms and in terms of best practice/device guidelines
  • BS or MS in Interaction Design, HCI, or equivalent experience
  • Must have a UX portfolio which showcases your UX process from concept to final product
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

A rare and exciting opportunity for a talented Digital Marketer to join the UK’s leading footwear retailer in our Shoreditch head office.
You’ll be driven to succeed in acquisition, driving traffic efficiently via paid search, paid social and affiliates.
You will be working directly with some of the biggest brands in the world, coming up with new ways to drive the Office and Offspring businesses ever forward.
You will have substantial experience either agency side or in house.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set and Implement the worldwide online Marketing and Traffic Acquisition Strategy
  • Deliver set performance and financial objectives
  • Analyse and produce clear, regular and accurate reports and forecasts on all traffic activity
  • Review activity to refine and improve effectiveness of marketing spend in all markets
  • Provide up to date knowledge of industry developments and translate into the OFFICE marketing strategy
  • Line Management of Digital Marketing Executive
  • Training & development of digital team where relevant across acquisition channels
  • Supplier management and review
  • Owner of GTM tag and management of advertising tags and rules
  • Any other duties as reasonably requested
