THE OPPORTUNITY

As we continue to scale, we are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies that enhance brand positioning, customer engagement, and revenue growth. QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within FinTech, PropTech, or B2B SaaS industries.
  • Proven track record of driving lead generation, engagement, and revenue growth through data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRM automation, and SEO best practices.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a keen ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
  • Strategic Growth & Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Brand Positioning & Content Strategy: Oversee brand messaging, ensuring consistent and compelling storytelling across digital platforms, including the website, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Demand Generation & Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC channels) to maximize ROI and lead generation.
  • SEO & Website Optimization: Lead SEO strategy, content optimization, and UX improvements to increase website traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Marketing Analytics & Performance Tracking: Utilize Google Analytics, GA4, and CRM tools to track KPIs, analyze data, and adjust marketing tactics for optimal performance.
  • Email & CRM Automation: Design and execute automated email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, boost client retention, and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Social Media Leadership: Oversee and refine social media strategies, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and business objectives.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, conduct competitor research, and identify new opportunities to enhance digital presence.
  • Sales Enablement & Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Sales and Product teams to develop compelling campaigns that drive pipeline growth and customer engagement.
