  • 8–10 years of digital marketing experience with a specialization in SEO and technical marketing.
  • Advanced skills in:
  • Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, SEMrush, GA4, cookie compliance platforms, WP Engine
  • Proficiency in WordPress and light front-end coding (HTML/CSS/JS).
  • Proven SEO success across both Google and AI-native environments.
  • Expertise in advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, ABM strategies).
  • Strong ability to measure ROI and report on digital marketing performance.
  • Experience using Salesforce and Pardot (Account Engagement) is highly preferred.
  • Highly autonomous, proactive, and data driven.
  • Background in B2B or manufacturing preferred.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We’re seeking a senior-level digital marketing and SEO strategist with deep technical expertise. You’ll lead our digital lead generation strategy across SEO, PPC, ABM, analytics, and site performance. This role is ideal for someone highly skilled in optimizing for both Google and emerging AI-driven search platforms. You must be comfortable owning projects end-to-end, from strategy through execution and measurement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

SEO Strategy & Execution:

  • Lead a forward-thinking SEO strategy, technically, on-page, off-page, and AI-specific optimization.
  • Conduct audits and implement improvements to drive organic traffic and conversion.
  • Ensure content and architecture are optimized for visibility across both traditional and AI-based platforms.
  • Manage tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, and GA4 to report on performance and refine strategy.

Technical Site Management & Compliance:

  • Manage and optimize our WordPress site (via WP Engine) with basic HTML/CSS/JS knowledge.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Google Tag Manager, implement custom tags and tracking events.
  • Set up and maintain cookie tracking and compliance tools, including geo-specific cookie exceptions.
  • Leverage platforms like Hotjar to analyze user behavior and improve UX.

Digital Advertising & Demand Generation:

  • Plan and execute high-impact PPC, retargeting, and ABM campaigns via Demandbase, Google, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Optimize campaigns for conversion and ROI across the funnel.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Report on KPIs with a clear focus on revenue contribution.
  • Use Salesforce and Pardot for campaign tracking, lead attribution, and sales alignment.
