We are seeking an enthusiastic self-starter to help grow Crowe Soberman’s digital presence through strong communications strategies and channel optimization. This social media pro will amplify audience engagement while maximizing the reach of our campaigns and deliver insightful analytics to the marketing team.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or Communications
  • 3+ years of related work experience in marketing or social media
  • Solid knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and produce results in time sensitive situations
  • Familiar with basic web design and willingness to learn new platforms (no coding required)
  • Skillful in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Strong copywriting, storytelling and editing skills
  • Familiarity with graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) is considered an asset
  • Professional services experience is an asset
  • Paid search experience is an asset
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a tea
Responsibilities
  • Create and publish content through all digital channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok
  • Implement creative communications strategies through engaging social media content development
  • Develop and execute targeted advertising campaigns across various social media platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions
  • Utilize data-driven strategies to optimize ad performance
  • Leverage Crowe Soberman’s existing and upcoming thought leadership to develop editorial calendars and implement social media strategies that align with the firm’s engagement goals
  • Design and execute direct email marketing campaigns to amplify our brand and ensure clients have access to relevant content/firm news
  • Communicate with online followers and assist with reputation management by responding to queries in a timely matter and monitor public reviews
  • Research digital media trends and collaborate with marketing team to implement relevant improvements
  • Monitor web traffic and reporting metrics to improve SEO, while consistently updating web content and for maximum optimization and search engine rankings
  • Support internal events ensuring a consistent brand experience
