As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. You will leverage various digital channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO), to reach target audiences and achieve marketing objectives. You will report directly to our Marketing Manager and you’ll work out of our Bucharest location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the company’s online visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through effective digital marketing strategies.

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and SEO
• Analyze data and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions
• Identify trends and insights to optimize campaigns and maximize return on investment (ROI)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and deliver impactful digital marketing initiatives
