Description

Are you passionate about digital marketing and love making data-driven decisions? Are you at home with the most common digital advertising platforms and able to delve deeply into the data to solve complex problems and inform strategy? Join our Digital Advertising Team as a remote Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, where you will serve our client’s digital marketing needs by creating strategic digital ad campaigns, contributing to team growth, solving complex marketing problems, and ensuring optimal ad performance for clients.

REQUIREMENTS

  • You have 5+ years of hands-on experience in Google, Meta, and/or Bing Ads. Hands-on experience means:


    • You have operated primarily within the Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing (Microsoft) Ads, and Google Analytics/GA4 platforms themselves and not third-party ad management platforms.

    • You use Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, and GA4 directly to analyze and optimize campaigns.
    • You have a demonstrated ability to use analytical data to identify the root cause(s) of complex marketing problems.
    • You are able to implement data-driven solutions and evaluate the effectiveness of those solutions while leveraging data to do so.
    • You are a proficient learner who already possesses a deep understanding of the nuances and intricacies of digital advertising.
    • You are comfortable with repetitive, detail-oriented tasks that come with high-volume campaign setups and client support.
    • You are willing to travel to our Lincoln, NE office for one week of initial training, and for one week every six months thereafter. RentVision covers all travel and accommodation expenses.

    PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

    • Knowledge and experience in managing Google Business Profile(s).
    • Practical knowledge of SEO work.
    • Able to leverage LLM AI models to make work more efficient.
    • Familiarity with Google Apps Scripts, Google Ads Scripts, Meta APIs, Bing (Microsoft) APIs, and/or the JavaScript language.
    • Proficient in the use of Google Sheets and managing large volumes of data.

    Responsibilities
    • Assist in the development and optimization of both digital marketing and SEO strategies on behalf of clients in the multifamily industry.
    • Build and launch digital ad campaigns across major platforms, including Google, Meta, and Bing.
    • Perform essential account maintenance tasks such as organizing ad assets, completing internal reviews, conducting audits, updating ads to conform with strategy, and optimizing campaigns for better performance.
    • Collaborate effectively within the Digital Advertising Team and with other departments to ensure a high-quality advertising product and client experience.
    • Create, update, and manage Google Business Profiles for client properties.
    • Participate in professional development opportunities and help onboard or support newer team members.
