Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

Competitive Salary: CA$80,000 – CA$105,000

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for a results-driven Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist to own and scale our marketing funnel — from awareness to conversion. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who thrives in SaaS, understands customer journeys, and is passionate about turning impressions into deals through smart automation and performance campaigns.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Lead funnel marketing from top-of-funnel impressions to conversions and deals.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that activate and nurture leads.

Build and manage marketing automation workflows (HubSpot, Intercom, or similar). Drive performance marketing initiatives to optimize ROI across channels.

• Partner with sales and product teams to align on lead quality, nurturing, and conversion strategies.
• Analyze campaign results, optimize performance, and report insights to leadership.
