DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW

As the Digital & Media Manager C&E, you will play a pivotal role in championing our brand within the different categories, focusing on both the owned and earned media channels, while influencing the paid media strategy. Reporting to the Digital & Media Lead, you will be responsible for deploying a sufficient, overarching media strategy (high focus on digital) with the agency, support the brand teams on engaging content for media activities and ensuring alignment with brand objectives and messaging. Within this you are leveraging consumer insights and data-driven analytics to optimize performance and drive category growth.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in digital marketing as well as traditional media
  • Demonstrated experience in executing (digital) advertising campaigns across various platforms
  • Very good media landscape knowledge in east Europe
  • Fluency in English is required and fluency in Polish is advantageous
  • Working with OTC products is a plus
  • Passionate about (digital) media & marketing, social media, and digital brands
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, eg. business manager
Responsibilities

Brand Representation in media & digital:

  • Be the Senior Digital & Media Manager of selected brands, bringing your knowledge while coordinating and influencing cross-functional and cross-country teams (global & local, as well as sales & marketing etc.)
  • Lead the responsible media agency to develop best-in-class strategies in different markets with different media landscapes to drive ROI behind media invests and continuously optimized results
  • Collaborate agile and feel as a brand ambassador mainly in the digital space, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Taking care of the website structure with leading the responsible tech agency

Campaign Execution:

  • Execute based on the central master assets digital content for advertising campaigns ensuring alignment with the brand objectives and target audience.
  • Ensure activation of the content as in the media guidelines in collaboration with the media agency and monitor impact of the campaign and optimize content and messaging based on real-time insights.

Performance Analysis:

  • Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to inform future campaign strategies and optimizations from any digital action.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to drive innovation and excellence.

Support Content adaptation/ development:

  • Support the brand in content adaptation across various (digital) platforms, including websites, social media, email marketing to drive audience engagement and brand/category visibility.
  • Coming up with clear recommendation tailored to specific target audiences and platforms to make assets in the different media environment work even harder towards the brand KPIs
  • Support brand teams in influencer marketing to make our brands visible and loveable for the relevant audience
