REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of paid media experience with 2+ years in an agency environment managing multiple clients, preferably in Healthcare or CPG
  • Proven track record managing both DTC e-commerce and B2B lead generation campaigns
  • Expert proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) and Microsoft Ads
  • Advanced experience with Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other social platforms
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4 setup, and conversion tracking implementation
  • Strong understanding of server-side tracking, Conversion API, and enhanced conversions setup
  • Demonstrated success improving ROAS, reducing CAC, and scaling profitable campaigns
  • Experience managing monthly ad budgets ranging from $10K to $100K
  • Proficiency in feed management tools (DataFeedWatch, Feedonomics, or similar)
  • Advanced Excel/Sheets skills for data analysis, reporting, and bulk campaign management
  • Experience with attribution platforms and marketing analytics tools
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from complex data sets
  • Excellent client-facing communication and presentation abilities
  • Project management skills with ability to prioritize multiple client deliverables
