Company: Mercer Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Digital Strategy & Product team at Mercer Super. This role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Senior Digital Product Designer As the Senior Product Designer at Mercer Super, you will play a pivotal role in creating intuitive, user-centric designs for our online platforms. These designs will solve our member’s jobs-to-be-done, enhance user engagement and help us achieve our business growth and retention objectives. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Strategy & Product, you will collaborate closely with product managers, digital marketers and content specialists to take customer needs and business requirements and translate them into compelling user experiences that align with our digital marketing strategies and overall brand objectives. You will be designing experiences for our app and member portal, adviser portal and public website We will count on you to: Lead user research, usability testing and journey mapping to deeply understand member needs and jobs-to-be-done. Design intuitive, seamless, and accessible user experiences across Mercer Super’s app, member portal, adviser portal, and public website that drive engagement and support business growth and retention objectives. Create polished, visually compelling and functional user interfaces that align with Mercer’s brand and digital identity. Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and user flows to stakeholders and development teams. Provide design leadership by establishing and refining design processes, standards and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design processes are clear and impactful to meet member needs and business goals. Work closely with product managers, digital marketers, content specialists and digital producers to translate business requirements into compelling user experiences. Facilitate clear communication of design rationale and ensure feasibility and quality of design implementation.
