As the Senior Digital Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the strategic development and management of our digital chat and bot experiences within our OptumRx business. You will drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of our digital bot experiences, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver exceptional value to our customers. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7+ years of experience in digital product management and/or bot/chat experiences, with a track record of delivering successful digital products or features and a deep understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Solid experience with agile development methodologies
- Proven exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Proven analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to drive product decisions and measure success
- Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and find innovative solutions
- Proven passion for user experience and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in developing and deploying chatbots
- Experience working in the healthcare, retail or finance industries
- Experience with digital messaging and chat/bot platforms (Live Person, Amazon Lex, etc.)
- Solid understanding of AI, machine learning, and natural language processing

Benefits pricing
The salary range for this role is $106,800 to $194,200 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
