Responsibilities
  • Work to continuously improve our global customer-facing brand retail websites
  • Build up new global eCommerce retail sites
  • Have a strong focus on customer centricity, personalization and know how to evaluate user value
  • Translate user requirements into clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for new products and/or feature development for IT developers to efficiently architect and deliver solutions
  • Ensure solution’s consistency meet standards and policies such as design guidelines, compliance, performance metrics, SEO etc
  • Own the product roadmap, coordinate releases, and ensure value driven prioritization of the backlog
  • Set sprint goals - coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups together with Web Development Engineer to ensure smooth operation, removing blockers and solving dependencies
  • Monitor success metrics to ensure the product is meeting the business KPI’s
  • Represent the business towards IT and collaborate with our external partners, Digital Marketing, UX, SEO, Analytics, IT and CRM to ensure solutions are delivered in the highest quality and in a timely manner.
