The role will lead planning, coordination, and delivery of digital work for a key B2B client. This role sits within our account team and is responsible for driving complex digital projects from brief through launch, ensuring deliverables are on time, on budget, and on strategy. The right candidate will be able to come into our South of Market, San Francisco location three days a week, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The Senior Digital Project Manager will partner closely with Account Management, Strategy, Creative, and Digital Production, serving as the connective tissue between internal teams, external partners, and our client’s stakeholders. This role reports directly to the Group Account Director on the B2B client. Key Responsibilities Project & Program Leadership Own end-to-end delivery of digital work for our B2B client. Translate client goals, briefs, and requirements into clear project scopes, timelines, and actionable plans. Client Partnership Act as a key day-to-day partner to Account Management in all digital workstreams. Participate in (and often lead) project-related client meetings: status meetings, working sessions, sprint reviews, and post-mortems. Manage expectations around scope, timeline, budget, and feasibility; proactively flag risks and propose solutions. Execution & Delivery Coordinate cross-functional teams (Account, Creative, Digital Production,) through all project phases. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and technical requirements prior to client review and launch. Oversee vendor and partner contributions (e.g., development partners, production houses, platform specialists), ensuring integration of their work into the overall project plan. Team Collaboration & Leadership Contribute to operational improvements, templates, and processes that increase efficiency and quality across the account. Skills & Expertise Strong understanding of end-to-end digital production: design, content, front-end/back-end development, QA, analytics, and deployment. Comfortable planning and managing projects across multiple digital platforms. Advanced project planning and documentation skills: SOWs, estimates, workback schedules, risk logs, status reports. Solutions-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem solving and risk mitigation. Regarding compensation, the range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as a full-time employee of Goodby, Silverstein & Partners in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs.
