Description
Sales Execution: Orchestrate virtual teams and assess customer needs to develop strategies that proactively build stakeholder networks, accelerating and closing AI Workforce opportunities. Manage the end-to-end business for strategic accounts, lead forecasting, and develop territory plans for intentional selling in high-propensity accounts. Be adept at identifying and reaching out to business contacts, grasping customers' priorities, governance structures, decision-making and budget processes, and effectively communicating the value of AI Workforce solutions throughout the organisation. Scaling and Collaboration: Lead the planning, orchestration, and execution of AI Workforce opportunities with internal stakeholders and Partners (Advisories, Resellers and System Integrators), driving cross-sell and up-sell strategies. Coach others on ensuring customer and partner satisfaction, establishing recovery action plans to improve client experiences. Technical Expertise: Lead AI Workforce BDM and ITDM conversations, present solutions with a differentiated value proposition, use cases, and key competitor knowledge. Act as a subject matter expert, leveraging and sharing competitor insights across solution areas to inform pursuit or withdrawal decisions. Sales Excellence: Deliver excellence in territory planning, business analysis, and forecasting. Conduct compete plans and business analysis to pursue high-potential customers and manage AI Workforce solutions across the organisation. Team Enablement: Support team members in exceeding their potential, actively contributing to the team culture, fostering positivity, and sharing knowledge. Demonstrated senior level technology-related sales or account management experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 6+ years technology-related sales or account management experience OR equivalent experience
