Job Description In this exciting career opportunity, you will be responsible for the technical vision & architecture for the digital roadmap and ensuring it aligns with NRMA’s strategic objectives and digital product goals. You will be responsible for identifying the technical runway required to deliver the digital product roadmap and ensure solutions are scalable and reliable. This role will guide the engineering capabilities within the Digital Agile Release Train to deliver high-quality solutions that drive value and innovation, while maintaining code consistency and quality. Partner with Head of Digital Product to drive the strategic vision for our digital products Help translate product roadmap and ambition into an architectural roadmap and own the technical digital product strategy Working with Product teams to guide the delivery of best in class digital experiences Partner with Enterprise Architecture to guide technical decisions and assess emerging technologies Hands on agile shaping of end to end digital solution options within the digital program squad ensuring initiatives are ready for delivery squad execution Help to define features with their solution design and non-functional requirements Optimise solution performance, ensuring scalability and reliability of digital platforms What You'll Bring Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in development and solution architecture, with a focus on digital transformation with a minimum of 5 years’ experience delivery in an agile methodology 5+ years experience in the technical architecture of website, mobile application, and backend technologies with a proven track record of design and rollout of scalable, resilient and secure applications Hands on experience in software engineering, site / software development and experience working with complex technology stacks Experience with data architecture, microservices, cloud services, and APIs Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex technical challenges. Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders What's in it for you?
