KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of seasonal campaigns, product launches, and on-site promotions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver cohesive, high-performing campaigns.
• Present campaign strategies and plans to stakeholders, with a focus on timelines and KPIs.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to the Digital Trading Executive, supporting their professional development.
• Analyse performance data, identifying trends and recommending actions to maximise ROI.
• Monitor competitor activity and market developments to inform campaign planning.
• Ensure digital trading activity is aligned with the broader marketing calendar and business objectives.
