JOB SUMMARY

HP is on a mission to redefine Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and we’re looking for a trailblazing Senior Director to lead this transformation. In this role, you will strategically shape and execute ABM programs that drive revenue growth, strengthen customer relationships, and position HP as a best-in-class leader in ABM marketing.
We seek an innovative and data-driven leader with deep expertise in ABM methodologies, proven success in transforming marketing functions, and the ability to align marketing and sales to accelerate business growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred or equivalent strategic marketing experience).
  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years leading ABM programs or similar targeted marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in transforming marketing functions, implementing ABM frameworks, and aligning marketing with sales.

CORE SKILLS & EXPERTISE

  • Expert knowledge of ABM methodologies, principles, and best practices.
  • Proven leadership in change management, strategy execution, and team development.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data-driven insights to optimize marketing impact.
