The Senior Director – Analytics & AI will lead the global analytics, data science, AI, and intelligent automation agenda, driving data-driven decision-making and innovation across the organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Data & Analytics Officer (CDAO), this role is responsible for building best-in-class analytics capabilities, enabling intelligent decisioning, and supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives. \n Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee Advanced Analytics, Data Science, AI, Innovation, and Intelligent Automation functions across the organization. Build, inspire, and mentor global, cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of data-driven excellence and innovation. Drive the development and enhancement of intelligent decisioning capabilities aligned with business objectives and customer experience goals. Establish and align governance models (hub-and-spoke) across global, regional, and departmental levels. Define and prioritize analytics and AI initiatives based on business value and strategic impact. Partner with business, digital, and data teams to transform the enterprise data & analytics landscape. Support end-to-end delivery of transformation programs and analytics-driven projects. Build and manage a strong ecosystem of internal and external partners to deliver multi-year roadmaps. Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, analytics, and automation to drive continuous innovation. Required Experience & Qualifications 15+ years of experience in Analytics, Data Science, AI, or related domains. 10+ years of leadership experience managing global, multi-cultural, and distributed teams. Proven experience in the Food & Beverages or Manufacturing industry (preferred). Demonstrated success in transforming analytics organizations into best-in-class capabilities. Strong understanding of analytics frameworks, tools, technologies, and industry trends. Experience driving large-scale digital transformation and data strategy initiatives.
