We are seeking a results-oriented individual that is looking to be part of a highly driven team which is strongly focused on growing the Commercial and Private Banking 1859 across Canada.
Working in a collaborative, team-based environment and reporting to the Senior Vice President, Chief Strategy & Growth Officer, this role will be focused on creating strategies, processes and executing the delivery of revenue growth across all ancillary product and service offerings. Key to this role will be to unlock revenue synergies related to CWB and NBC clients with our new enhanced full service offering capabilities. This role will also partner closely with Financial Markets and other key stakeholders to deliver the whole bank to our clients and markets across Canada.
This position could be based in Toronto or Montreal.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree in a related field and eight years of relevant experience
  • Inspiring leadership and proven ability to drive change
  • Strong ability to maintain relationships with internal and external Bank partners
  • Knowing the Bank’s products and services will be an asset.
  • Having relationships with key leaders and business lines will be an asset.
