Job Description Senior Director and Head of the Architecture, Technology Responsible for setting the technical direction and strategy for the various IP’s / Technologies / EDA flows being developed by the central engineering group. Lead a team of various domain experts/architects to define and develop innovative architectures, manage product requirements & roadmaps, and ensure alignment with the engineering groups goals to ensure best-in-class IPs / technologies / EDA flows that serve a competitive, fast-evolving industry. Driving the central engineering’s Decision Control Process for development life cycle from Concept to Plan to Tapeout and Post silicon sign-off towards Mass production. Provide key technical leadership across the entire engineering community. Qualifications 20+ years of professional experience in semiconductor design and architecture Architected various IPs & products that were taped out successfully with working silicon across various foundries Experience building relationships at executive level and communicating with customers Highly technical, experience working closely with global engineering teams Bachelor’s degree (Masters/ PhD preferred) in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or a related field Additional Information The expected annual base pay range for this position is $320,000K-$370,000K. This position is also eligible for bonus opportunities. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
