1. Support the Senior Executive Director drive a culture of achievement, innovation and quality through constructive
   leadership practices and coordinate strategic and annual business planning for the division.
2. Identify, develop and implement system improvements and revised operational frameworks to meet business needs and
   ensure effective monitoring and legislative compliance.
3. Provide strategic advice, support, and collaborate constructively across the Division to deliver effective administration
   of Fisheries legislation.
4. Develop and maintain collaborative partnerships and strategic alliances with other Government agencies and
   stakeholders at local, national and international levels to achieve successful development and implementation of
   government policy.
5. Represent the NT Government at senior inter-governmental and stakeholder forums.
