Description

Support the CAE and the IA Leadership Team in the development and managing a strategic internal communications plan for the IA function in close collaboration with the Corporate Communications Team. Support project management for large function-wide initiatives and projects to enable strong PMO practices, elevated governance, and increased visibility of project execution and potential risks. Maintain overall inventory of key projects and initiatives which comprise IA's strategic plan and supporting priorities including standardized approaches for management, tracking, and monitoring. Implement and manage a robust recognition program that celebrates both outstanding performance and behaviors that exemplify the function's values. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required. Degree in accounting, finance, or relevant specialty preferred. MBA, CPA, CFA or related certifications preferred. 15+ years of total work experience, with 5-7 years of management experience, preferred. Prior experience in a mid to high level managerial role in Audit preferred. Additional core skill requirements include understanding of the applied and interpretation of analytics results for Audit, critical thinking and problem solving.
