The Senior Director of Clinical Services, Behavioral Health, oversees clinical supervision and support for all residential programs, ensuring client-centered, high-quality care. This role establishes performance standards, ensures compliance with regulatory bodies, and supervises clinical leadership to meet organizational and client needs effectively. Masters is strongly preferred. Minimum of four years of experience providing therapeutic services to populations impacted by addiction. At least two years of supervisory experience. Proficiency in conducting individual and group counseling, completing assessments, developing resources, and maintaining client records. CPR and first aid certification must be obtained within 60 days of position start and must be maintained. A valid Driver’s License and proof of individual automobile insurance is required in addition to a driving record that is in compliance with Volunteers of America only if the employee is assigned to transport program, participants, or any other type of activity that mandates driving
