Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin is looking for a Sr. Director of Brand Communications. About the Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin (DFW): We are a non-profit organization fully funded by the dairy farmers of Wisconsin. Our mission is to help Wisconsin’s dairy farm families thrive by building demand for products made in Wisconsin with Wisconsin milk… like cheese.  About the Role: In this role, you will play an integral role on the communications team, enhancing brand awareness with consumers, program partners and stakeholders. You will be responsible for… * Leading the development and execution of integrated communications that elevate brand reputation and amplify storytelling across earned and paid channels.  * Overseeing public relations, paid media partnerships, and consumer research to ensure insight-driven, consistent, and impactful brand expression.  * Managing external agency partners, guiding brand storytelling through editorial relationships and campaigns. * Managing the market research strategy to execute the application of insights into business decisions and campaigns. About You: A bachelor’s degree plus at least 10+ years of experience in brand communications, public relations, media partnerships, or marketing. Agency experience is highly preferred. Must have great communication and relationship building skills, collaborate across teams and engage effectively with diverse media and target audiences. Must have a previous experience in public relations strategy, and managing agency partners. You should be willing to travel approximately 15% of the time, including occasional weekends.
