Senior Director will organize and oversee the leadership for:

  • 5-6 Regional Director’s
  • Director Business Development
  • 1-2 Operational support managers

The Senior Director will assume responsibility for the overall company success by setting goals, monitoring progressing, supervising direct reports and ensuring their quality and effectiveness. An effective Senior Director will be skilled in managing a national enterprise. The Senior Director will have a strategic mindset and are an exceptional motivator and leader. An excellent background in financial and operational leadership with long term strategic planning is also essential for the role.

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate business development strategies to ensure long-term success
  • Ensure key clients have working relationships being developed and strengthened
  • Analyze and develop acquisition targets
  • Oversee managers assigned to key accounts
  • Optimize and oversee operations to ensure efficiency
  • Ensure standards and objectives for field staff are being achieved
  • Oversee operational managers and ensure back-office targets of efficiency are achieved.
  • Assist in the hiring of new staff and ensure staffing levels meet company objectives
  • Oversee and intervene delinquent work orders are being addressed
  • Undertake sound financial management to ensure assigned areas are profitable and achieve revenue and profit growth
  • Increase top line revenue in line with targets
  • Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it
  • Mentor Regional Directors on financial controls and strategic planning
  • Lead cross-selling training and implementation
  • Ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelines
  • Ensure Regional Directors QA/QC activity complies to company standards
  • Mentor reports managers in efficient operations and leadership
  • Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions
  • Provide operational technical support, leadership and vision
  • Report to senior executives on progress and issues
  • Provide vision to the organization

Requirements:

  • Proven organizational, leadership and team building track record
  • Sound understanding of optimization of operations and standards for success
  • MBA and 15-20 years of relevant work experience
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong business acumen with a strategic orientation
  • History of developing, promoting and implementing company’s vision
