Position Purpose: Acts as a strategic partner with internal stakeholders to cultivate and present the business case, implementation deliverables, cost-estimates, and cost-benefit analysis to influence senior leadership on process improvement opportunities that will assist in accomplishing business objectives in a more efficient manner.

• Work closely with the company’s senior leaders to identify solutions and provide a strategic road map tailored to the maturity level of the area and factoring in human rate of change for implementation.
• Translate functional strategic transformation objectives into actionable plans.
• Conducts complex business diagnostics to identify, quantify and prioritize solutions. Cultivates and presents business case, implementation deliverables, cost-estimates, and cost-benefit analysis to influence senior leadership on process improvement opportunities that will assist in accomplishing business objectives in a more efficient manner.
• Build the business case for improvement through detailed analysis and recommend potential business solutions with defined measurable outcomes.
• Lead efforts to partner with leadership team and stakeholders to define and deploy key performance indicators (KPI) to establish metrics, clarify objectives, identify business risks and mitigation strategies.
• Work closely with ETO (Enterprise Transformation Office) partners to support the full cycle of improvement from planning to implementation (ePMO, change and communications).
• Lead large scale focus groups and workshops to inform the strategy and solutions to organizational challenges to include (but not limited to) root cause analysis, prioritization, process mapping and performance metrics.
• Conduct benchmarking research to inform potential solutions to identified business challenges.
• Consults business partners to ensure that introduction of new processes is smooth and effective and sustains or improves outcomes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field required; masters preferred. 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in project management and/or process improvement.
• Proficient in the use of project management tools and application of continuous process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent.
• Green Belt or Black Belt certification strongly preferred.
• Experience in healthcare / payer / managed care space highly preferred.
  License/Certification: Six Sigma/LEAN Certification preferred.
  Pay Range: $145,100.00 - $268,800.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
