This role will lead and manage complex operational change initiatives that may include digital capabilities, organizational systems, and process improvement. This role will be a key contributor and facilitator for developing and implementing a clear vision and roadmap for the organization’s transformation. Develop a coherent vision of cross functional operations system, the implementation road map, and a change management strategy in areas of focus Design initiatives to realize vision across the enterprise and launch identified quick wins Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business transformation and enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas for improvement and innovation within the organization. Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to guide transformation efforts and maintain a competitive edge. Lead change management efforts, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the transformation process. Monitor and report on performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to executive leadership. Functional Category: Project Manager to Support EVP, Chief Administrative Officer Estimated Percent of time Spent – 25% Assist the EVP/CAO in strategic planning and execution of company initiatives. Ensure team is focused on highest priority items across EVP/CAO leadership team Oversee special initiatives, analyze data to drive decision-making, and ensure organizational goals are met Efficiently Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to streamline operations and communication. Analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making. Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and communications for stakeholders. Lead special projects and initiatives to drive organizational growth and efficiency. Functional Category: Support Services Estimated Percent of time Spent – 50% Advises, designs, manages operational solutions, and programs that transform core operations, maximize operational efficiencies and optimize capital assets. Engage all levels of the organization, from the executing team members to the executive leadership team, to create ownership.
