Description

ARE YOU READY TO HELP THE LEGO GROUP BUILD A MORE SUSTAINABLE FUTURE BY DEVELOPING AND DELIVERING NEW CIRCULAR BUSINESS MODELS?

We’re playing our part in building a sustainable future and creating a brighter world for children to inherit.
As the Head of Circular Business Models, you will use your knowledge and experience to advance our vision for Circularity, lead pivotal initiatives, and guide a direct team and an established cross-functional working group towards shaping, testing and deploying circular efforts. You will be at the forefront of social, technical and sustainable business evolution and much of what you will encounter will be both brand new for the LEGO Group, and wider society.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Chief Sustainability Officer to advance and deliver a forward-thinking circular program that celebrates the inherent circular qualities of LEGO bricks and keeps them in play for longer.

  • Set and maintain the strategic direction for Circular Business Models as a strategic pillar in the Sustainability agenda
  • Effectively manage existing programmes such as LEGO Replay, whilst researching and developing new circular business models with go to market approaches that connect consumer, customer and suppliers together to drive the Circular Economy balanced with business needs
  • Collaborate across the wider group of internal partners, initiating and supporting the development of new technical solutions
  • Balance the development of new technology and processes with the need to implement fast and seamlessly and integrate into existing and new value chains
  • Build and manage a team of deep functional experts in the fields of circularity, innovation, behavioral research and new business models (e.g. takeback/resale)
