Openly is seeking a visionary and results-oriented Senior Director of Claims Product Management to lead the strategic direction and execution of our claims product portfolio. This new role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our claims experience, driving innovation, and ensuring operational excellence. Reporting to VP, Product & Strategy, the Senior Director will partner closely with senior leadership across Product, Engineering, Claims Operations, and other key stakeholders to define and deliver world-class claims solutions that align with Openly’s overall business strategy and enhance customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10+ years of professional experience with a focus on roles across strategy, claims, and product management and 6+ years of people leadership.
• 5+ years experience and deep understanding of the P&C insurance claims lifecycle, processes, and technologies.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and launching innovative product solutions.
• Highly motivated, resourceful, and inquisitive with a proven track record of making quick decisions and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills with superior attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus at all levels.
• Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire high-performing product teams.
