Process Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $277,200 per year. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field AND 6+ years process management, process execution, process optimization, or related experience OR Master's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years process management, process execution, process optimization, or related experience OR equivalent experience 3+ years of experience and proficiency in process improvement and design 3+ years of experience applying rigorous critical thinking to breakdown complex processes to identify improvement opportunities 3+ years of experience leading, facilitating, and influencing cross-functional teams Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field AND 15+ years process management, process execution, process optimization, or related experience (e.g., data analytics) OR Master's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field AND 12+ years process management, process execution, process optimization, or related experience (e.g., data analytics) Lean, Business Process Management Professional, Change Management (e.g., Prosci), Six Sigma, and/or Agile certifications Proven track record of leading successful kaizen / improvement events that produce measurable business outcomes and sustainment
