JOB DESCRIPTION

The Sr. Director of Digital Product Management will lead the development and commercialization of products related to user authentication, transaction authorization, and PAN tokenization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the digital payments landscape, including PCI, 3DS, tokenization, card authorization, and authentication standards. The successful candidate will drive product innovation, optimize configurations, and ensure ongoing i2c compliance with network and payment card industry standards. The ideal candidate will also oversee API specifications and governance, ensuring new client-facing APIs are developed and maintained in an optimal, coherent manner.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on relevant industry standards, technologies, and offerings in payment authorization, authentication, and tokenization technologies.
  • 8+ years of experience in Payments, Banking or Financial Services industries.

SKILLS:

  • Strong understanding of PCI, 3DS, tokenization, card authorization, and authentication standards.
  • Proven track record of developing and launching successful digital products.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
  • Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring products meet market needs and company goals.
  • Commercialization Strategies: Develop and implement commercialization strategies to maximize product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Compliance: Ensure all products comply with industry standards, including PCI, 3DS, tokenization, card authorization, and authentication standards. Identify business requirements and support the delivery of updated functionality on the i2c platform to keep the company compliant with all relevant standards.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Sales, Client Engagement Team, Sales Engineering, Operations, Fraud, and Client Support, to ensure successful product delivery and implementation.
  • Leadership: Build and develop a high-performing product management team with expertise in authorization, authentication, and tokenization technologies.
    Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
