Position Overview
The Senior Director, Direct Procurement leads the global sourcing strategy and supplier relationship management for various categories within the direct materials Procurement space (e.g. contract manufacturing). This GPSM leadership level role is accountable for delivering enterprise-wide value through the development and execution of long-term sourcing strategies that align with corporate objectives, drive innovation, and ensure supply continuity.
This leader partners closely with R&D, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to influence product development, optimize total cost of ownership, and accelerate time-to-market through strategic supplier collaboration. The Senior Director is responsible for building a resilient and agile supply base, mitigating risk, and driving continuous improvement in quality, service, scalability, and sustainability.
