Job Responsibilities Client Management & Business Development Serve as senior point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong, lasting partnerships. Identify and implement tailored solutions aligned to client needs and strategic priorities. Represent the organization in governance meetings and lead proposal development and bid defense strategies. Project Delivery Own strategy and execution across complex clinical research projects. Conduct regular reviews (risk, financial, and delivery) to maintain project health. Leverage analytics for proactive risk mitigation and drive excellence in delivery performance. Financial Stewardship Ensure budget accuracy, profitability, and appropriate scope management. Oversee resource planning, negotiate change orders, and align financial and operational strategies. Leadership & Team Development Cultivate a collaborative, high-performance culture across cross-functional teams. Mentor project leaders, empowering independent problem-solving and continuous growth. Support onboarding, training, and performance optimization efforts. Quality & Compliance Ensure delivery of compliant, high-quality studies aligned with ICH/GCP and FDA regulations. Lead data-driven reviews to mitigate risks and resolve quality concerns. Strategic Initiatives & Innovation Drive corporate and departmental initiatives focused on efficiency and innovation. Support change management related to systems, tools, and processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field (advanced degree preferred). 10–12 years of progressive experience in clinical research within a pharmaceutical, CRO, or biotech environment. Extensive project leadership and client relationship management experience. Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and ICH/GCP guidelines. Proven ability to deliver large, complex projects on time and within budget. Exceptional financial, strategic, and leadership skills.
