Responsibilities Achieve GC distribution annual revenue goal and DW$ target Develop GC distribution strategy/growth initiative and implement the strategy flawlessly to gain in-house share in each distribution Drive mass market demand creation progress through regular review and joint customer visit Enhance distribution engagement with NXP GC field team and maintain distribution executive relationship Plan and coordinate corporate initiatives through collaborating with corporate marketing team Build stronger CAM team through coaching and development Qualifications Bachelor or above Degree in Electrical Engineering or related At least 8 years’ sales management experience in semiconductor industry Be familiar with automotive and industrial market in China, mass market development and management experience is preferred Good leadership with strong influence power Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to present results and future objectives to senior levels of organization and offerings.
