From next-generation cyber defense to secure cloud and AI, we are united by one purpose – transforming innovation into mission impact.   The Opportunity   The CGC Senior Director, Ecosystem Growth is responsible for expanding, strengthening, and managing a diverse ISV ecosystem that accelerates each ISV growth in public sector markets. This role blends sales leadership, strategic relationship development and program management oversight to acquire and ensure long-term retention of ISVs across varied combinations of Merlin’s offerings: CGC FedRAMP acceleration, distribution, and market readiness. The position requires a proven leader capable of engaging with industry stakeholders at all levels, internal teams to shape opportunities, build joint value propositions, and support successful program execution.   The ideal candidate brings deep experience in consultative enterprise sales, program or project management, and ecosystem development—paired with strong communication skills and the ability to operate effectively in dynamic, cross-functional environments.   Primary Duties & Responsibilities  Ecosystem & Partner Growth * Identify, cultivate, close partnerships, and manage partnerships with ISVs and other technology vendors (referred to as “partners”). The nature of the partnerships may include one or more of Merlin’s offerings: FedRAMP Acceleration, market readiness, distribution, procurement enablement, and channel ecosystem.  * Work closely with Merlin resources to ensure smooth execution of services for ISV and technology partners of all types. * Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new partners to add and coordinate cross-organizational resources to support growth.   Sales Leadership & Opportunity Development * Serve as a senior relationship owner for key partners. * Lead early-stage opportunity shaping, solution framing, stakeholder engagement, and value proposition development. * Collaborate across Merlin stakeholders efficiently through the deal lifecycle. * Ensure alignment of partner needs with outcomes that we can deliver.   Program & Project Support Provide senior oversight to major partner-enabled programs and initiatives. * Guide project teams in ensuring partner coordination, expectations management, and partner satisfaction. * Monitor program health, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed for each partner. * Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and partner engagements. * Growth potential to build and manage a team as we scale   Qualifications Required * 10+ years in business development, enterprise sales, project/program management, or related roles. * Proven success in exceeding targets * Proven success developing and managing complex partner or customer relationships within government, defense, or high-tech sectors. * Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple concurrent initiatives. * Strong communication, negotiation, and executive engagement skills.
