• Research and Development: Continuously scan the technological market landscape to identify emerging trends and potential disruptions. Develop intel related to competitor products.
• Innovation Management: Lead the technology innovation process from ideation to implementation, fostering a culture of creativity and experimentation. Build culture of innovation within the IT teams through Hackathons.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to evaluate new technologies that meet business goal.
• Performance Monitoring: Track the performance and impact of implemented technologies, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Education and Enablement: Provide guidance and training to staff on new technologies and best practices.
