As a key technology leader, you will oversee software architecture, cloud-based content delivery, and API-driven integrations while ensuring compliance with regional requirements and guest experience expectations. You will collaborate with hardware manufacturers, content providers, hospitality operators, and technology partners to create an end-to-end in-room entertainment ecosystem that is flexible, scalable, and globally consistent.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 15+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, and technology leadership, with a focus on media streaming, cloud platforms, and system integration.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale, globally deployed entertainment or hospitality technology platforms.
  • Deep expertise in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, APIs, and content delivery networks (CDNs).
  • Strong understanding of IoT integrations, hotel technology ecosystems, and digital entertainment experiences.
  • Experience ensuring compliance with global content regulations, DRM standards, and data privacy laws.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience in building and scaling global software teams.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

  • Experience in hospitality technology, travel tech, or large-scale streaming platforms.
  • Strong understanding of network optimization, low-latency streaming, and cloud-based video delivery.
  • Knowledge of AI-driven personalization, voice interfaces, and next-gen interactive entertainment experiences.
