Directs and controls the best practices and procedures within multiple domains within engineering through subordinate leaders Develops methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and people across multiple domains and at an enterprise level Owns relationship with executives and SLT to drive alignment and the creation of business AND technical objectives that will be executed within their organization Responsible for the delivery of high complexity projects/programs with Enterprise impact Develops and executes software development strategy to achieve key business and technical objectives which contributes to the development of overall engineering strategy Consistently works with abstract ideas or situations across software development and engineering, assessing variables, evaluating fundamental issues, and providing direction for engineering Sets high level organizational strategy and budget across multiple domains Collaborates with direct team, managers in org, stakeholders, managers in other orgs, external partners, business stakeholders, technology & business leadership Lead and inspire teams responsible for conversion, engagement, app activation, and lifecycle retention. Define and prioritize initiatives that remove friction and drive meaningful outcomes at scale. Partner with leadership across the company to align growth goals with broader business priorities. Build a culture of high ownership, rapid experimentation, and continuous improvement. Use data as your compass — but never lose sight of the customer experience. 12+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. 5 years of experience leading others Ability to assess talent at all stages of the employee life cycle including recruiting, hiring, and offboarding.
