Overview This role will be responsible for leading all testing across projects and Sustain aligned to ETS, partnering with all of the various teams/capabilities. As ETS Lead you will engage and support different project teams and guide them through the different testing activities, deliverables, and overall governance for the projects, helping them create the right test strategy, partnering and offering the viable services that can be provided to guarantee a successful quality product deployment, by enabling consistent, cost effective, high quality targeted testing processes and capabilities. Responsibilities Lead strategy and direction and drive excellence in the Enterprise Testing Services Governs how all testing is done for all global IT projects at PepsiCo as well as manages testing execution for all testing managed service delivery for those projects. Accountable to define the vision to build and deploy testing governance standards, all testing end to end quality dashboards. Builds and manages the SAP Evergreen managed service. Strategize on increasing automation adoption across IT to enable DevSecOps. Plan and manage test resources (external / internal) to provide required training/mentoring/education for Test Managers, ETS Members and other test resources to ensure adherence to testing methodology and PepsiCo standards. Accountable to manage testing labs globally (ETS governed) as well as oversee and lead applicable test environment management through managed service providers. Tools: Responsible for managing the IT testing tools used by the ETS team and across IT organization. The scope of the role includes the inventory, licensing and usage of existing tools as well as the evaluation of new tools for optimization across PepsiCo IT. Accountable for training others on tools and managing vendor relationships for upgrades, etc. via a managed services contract Establishes automated testing framework across sectors and S&T capabilities Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required At least 20 years of experience in leading testing projects, including large scale implementations, both in SAP and Non SAP and other domains like Data &AI Atleast 10+ years of related IT business work experience, experience managing a team
